Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate in the United States. The role supports Sales Representatives, attends surgeries, and educates clinicians on product use and portfolio updates while growing the territory.

After training, you will tailor messages to customers, identify opportunities, manage inventory, and help drive sales targets. Compliance and ethics are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with professional/related experience
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification + 2 years professional/related experience
• High School Diploma + 4 years professional/related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service

Aufgaben

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow Upper Extremities sales in the territory.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on product use and functionality.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product use, updates, changes to portfolio, and training programs.
• Work with sales teams to contact customers, deliver strong service, and develop relationships.
• Identify needs of new prospects with the Sales Rep and craft appropriate responses.
• Tailor promotional messages after training based on customer knowledge and advise on product selection.
• Perform field calls for accounts and territory; support new sales plans and marketing strategies.
• Back up Sales Reps and gain basic understanding of regulatory/compliance guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and processing POs for invoicing.
• Market the product line and stay current on industry and competitive trends.
• Attend meetings outside regular hours and adhere to ethics and compliance policies.
• Maintain protection of company assets and confidentiality; report non-compliance.
