Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (e.g. CST, PT, CPT) + relevant experience
• High School Diploma + relevant experience or 4+ years of military service
• Demonstrated success in sales, leadership, or performance-based environments

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn and grow the Upper Extremities business in the territory
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on product use
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance of Stryker products
• Identify sales opportunities and develop customer relationships
• Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge after training
• Manage field calls and assist in implementing sales plans and marketing strategies
• Support inventory management and processing of customer purchase orders
• Market products and stay current on industry and competitive trends
• Attend meetings outside regular hours
• Adhere to AdvaMed and company policies and regulatory guidelines
