Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales
• 3+ years of Sales Experience
• Preferred knowledge of sales principles, methods and techniques
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of MS Office
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
• Ability to attend sales meetings outside regular hours
• Compliance and AdvaMed compliance and ethics

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Upper Extremities products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Be the resident Upper Extremities expert and train customers
• Manage inventory and travel up to 20%
