Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience, or Associate degree/Medical Certification with 5+ years of related experience, as listed in job qualifications.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment and travel as required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and relocation to the posted territory if needed.
• Willingness to travel, including weekends and overnight stays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Data analysis capability and attention to detail relevant to sales activities.
• Independence, teamwork, and collaboration within a complex reporting structure.
• Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, surgery basics, and surgical instruments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Planning: identify surgeons and accounts; develop territory plans and selling strategies to grow sales and meet quotas.
• Product Sales: drive sales for assigned products in territory; demonstrate and ensure proper product utilization.
• Customer Relationships: gain access to surgeons and buyers; build relationships with OR staff and hospital personnel.
• Case Coverage: maintain surgeon contact; support surgeons and OR staff during procedures as needed.
• Customer Care: improve patient care; provide timely follow-up and education to surgeons, OR, and central supply staff.
• Inventory Management: manage sales materials and equipment; address competitive threats as appropriate.
• Promotions: actively promote new or special products and strategic selling objectives.
• Strategic planning: balance product mix and optimize territory performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years experience or Associate degree/Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + 5+ years experience
