Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customers.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Support customers in surgeries and ensure proper equipment availability and setup.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and ensure materials are up to date.
