Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years professional and/or related experience in healthcare sales or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the territory.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and sales skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in retaining and expanding penetration with existing customers and support product conversions.
• Guide surgeons in operating rooms with clinical and product knowledge; demonstrate proper use of DePuy Synthes products.
• Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment availability and provide OR/ Sterile Processing consultation.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and market insights with sales, clinical, marketing and account teams; prepare sales reports.
• Maintain equipment and asset deployment; ensure materials are kept up-to-date and meet quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and retention; differentiate DePuy Synthes offerings with value propositions.
