Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional/related experience.
• Willingness to travel and work in hospital/operating room environments.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales in retaining and penetrating existing customers, while supporting product conversions with new customers.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room through clinical and product knowledge.
• Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment and optimize trays.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; handle hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic account teams; prepare reports.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets; ensure materials are presentable and meet quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and retention and differentiate DPS’s products with value propositions.
