Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Orthopaedics team seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Houston, TX territory. You will guide surgeons in the operating room, provide clinical and logistical expertise, and ensure the right implants and instruments are available.

You will work with DePuy Synthes and Mitek Sports Medicine brands, manage billing and orders, travel as needed, and build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital staff while upholding the company's credo and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (clinical/technical acceptable)
• 2+ years of professional/relevant experience (or 4+ years)
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty

Responsibilities

• Independently guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and technical support
• Advance DPS sales by providing direct customer support during surgeries and ensuring proper equipment
• Troubleshoot, manage hospital billing, purchase orders and logistics
• Share customer, procedural and market insights with cross-functional teams to improve solutions
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation and asset management
• Ensure equipment availability and proper deployment of assets in the assigned area
• Maintain promotional materials and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Move instruments, implants, and equipment between reps and hospitals
