Job summary

CONMED is seeking a Sports Tissue Representative to drive adoption and revenue of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the assigned territory in the United States. The role requires clinical credibility, strategic account management, and the ability to influence surgeons and care teams during procedures.

You will partner with surgeons, clinical teams, and internal partners to expand usage, build physician champions, and ensure successful product pull-through.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of medical device or sports medicine sales experience.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Strong clinical credibility for surgical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products in assigned territory.
• Develop surgeon champions and accelerate product trial and conversion.
• Collaborate with MDMs and full-line sales reps to align account strategy.
• Provide clinical guidance and education to surgeons and OR staff.
