Job summary

CONMED is seeking a Sports Tissue Representative to drive adoption and growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the assigned territory. The role requires building surgeon champions, influencing behavior, and expanding product utilization with clinicians and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in medical device or tissue sales, strong clinical credibility, and a proven track record of market development and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5+ years of medical device, sports medicine, ortho biologics, or tissue sales experience required.
• Market development experience preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen to engage credibly in procedural discussions.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the territory.
• Build surgeon champions to accelerate product awareness, trial, and long-term conversion.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in target accounts with market expansion focus.
• Partner with MDMs and full-line sales reps to align account strategy and maximize product pull-through.
• Provide hands-on case support and clinical guidance for successful product use.
• Lead product education, in-service training, and clinical discussions with surgeons and OR staff.
