Job summary

CONMED Corporation in Boston, MA seeks a Sports Tissue Representative to drive adoption and revenue of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the assigned territory.

You will partner with surgeons and clinical teams to build physician champions, expand utilization, and ensure effective product pull-through through education and case support.

This role requires strong clinical credibility, ownership mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales reps and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5+ years of medical device, sports medicine, ortho biologics, or tissue sales experience required.
• Market development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the territory.
• Build surgeon champions to accelerate product awareness, trial, and long-term conversion.
• Identify and convert new opportunities in target accounts with focus on market expansion.
• Partner with MDMs and full-line sales reps to align account strategy and maximize pull-through.
• Provide hands-on case support and clinical guidance to ensure successful product use.
