CONMED Corporation is seeking a Sports Tissue Representative to accelerate growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the assigned territory. You will engage surgeons, clinical teams, and internal partners to establish BioBrace and MTF as preferred solutions.

You will build physician champions, create new opportunities, and drive demand with strong clinical credibility. A growth mindset and ownership of the territory are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5+ years of medical device, sports medicine, ortho biologics, or tissue sales experience required.
• Market development and opportunity creation experience.
• Clinical credibility and product expertise.
• Strategic account management experience.
• Execution and accountability in sales roles.
• Collaboration and influence without authority.
• Territory ownership mindset.
• Proven success introducing and growing new or innovative products.
• Strong clinical acumen for procedural and surgical discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to create demand and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the territory.
• Build surgeon champions to accelerate product awareness, trial, and long-term conversion.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in target accounts.
• Partner with MDMs and full-line reps to align account strategy and maximize pull-through.
• Provide hands-on case support and clinical guidance for product use.
• Lead product education, in-service training, and clinical discussions with surgeons and OR staff.
• Execute territory-specific market development plans to expand penetration.
• Support access efforts through value messaging and contract execution.
• Analyze territory performance and adjust strategies to improve penetration.
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and economic decision-makers.
