Job summary

CONMED Corporation is seeking a Sports Tissue Representative to drive adoption and growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the assigned territory. You will partner with surgeons, clinical teams, and internal partners to build champions and expand utilization.

The role requires clinical credibility, disciplined execution, and ownership mindset to achieve territory growth and respond to market opportunities with BioBrace as a strategic priority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5+ years in medical device or tissue sales

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the territory
• Build surgeon champions to accelerate awareness, trial, and long‑term conversion
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in target accounts
• Collaborate with MDMs and full‑line reps to align strategy and support pull‑through
• Provide hands‑on case support and clinical guidance
• Lead product education, in‑service training, and surgical discussions
• Execute territory market development plans to expand penetration
• Support access efforts through value messaging and contracts
• Analyze territory performance and implement growth strategies
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision‑makers
