Job summary

CONMED is seeking a Sports Tissue Representative to drive adoption and revenue growth for BioBrace and MTF tissue products within a dedicated U.S. territory.

You will build surgeon champions, create demand, and expand utilization through credible clinical guidance and strategic account management. The role requires strong clinical credibility, execution, and ownership mindset, with collaboration across surgeons, clinical teams, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of medical device, sports medicine, ortho biologics, or tissue sales experience.
• Market development experience preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen for procedural and surgical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the territory.
• Build surgeon champions to accelerate awareness, trial, and long-term conversion.
• Identify and convert new opportunities in target accounts with a focus on market expansion.
• Partner with MDMs and full-line sales reps to align strategy and maximize pull-through.
• Provide hands-on case support and clinical guidance to ensure successful product use.
