Job summary

Arthrex Maine is seeking a driven Orthopedic Sales Associate to promote Arthrex products to surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will prepare for all aspects of full-line sales representative duties, including introducing surgical solutions to new customers and supporting existing accounts.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of demonstrated B2B sales success, and comfort in operating room environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Sales experience required.
• 2-5 years demonstrated sales success in competitive B2B industry.
• Experience as an associate in the orthopedic industry is a plus.
• Must be comfortable in surgery/operating room environments.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Communicate product updates and portfolio changes to current and new accounts.
• Develop and implement sales plans to meet territory objectives.
• Identify needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses.
• Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions.
• Address problems at the account and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Receive coaching and transfer knowledge to peers and junior reps.
• Maintain training in sales skills and product features.
• Collect competitive data and stay current on industry trends.
• Attend sales meetings and professional association meetings; lift up to 35 pounds.
