Arthrex Omaha is seeking an Extremities & Trauma Senior Sales Leader to guide sales in our multi-state territory. You will educate surgeons in the operating room, lead a team, and drive strategic initiatives with Arthrex products, strengthening customer relationships and expanding market presence.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of orthopedic sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and presentation skills to collaborate with corporate managers and agency staff.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years of orthopedic experience in sales or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort in operating room environments and knowledge of Arthrex products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies; build strong customer relationships.
• Educate customers and surgeons on Arthrex Extremities & Trauma products.
• Collaborate with sales managers to drive national and regional initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities and support product adoption and brand awareness.
