Smith+Nephew is seeking a Tendon Seam Account Manager in the United States to expand adoption of our soft tissue fixation technology. You will work with surgeons, support onboarding, and ensure real-time use in the operating room, while building clinical relationships and contributing to the broader commercial strategy.

The role requires OR presence, educating customers, credentialing, and managing billing/inventory in your territory.

Qualifications

• Seven years of orthopedic sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in biological science or business.

Responsibilities

• Convert and onboard surgeons to Tendon Seam technology.
• Be on-site in operating rooms guiding teams and collecting case data.
• Educate customers and ensure deep understanding of the product.
• Manage credentialing, billing, and inventory within assigned area.
