Job summary

Smith+Nebhew seeks a Tendon Seam Account Manager to expand adoption of our soft tissue fixation technology. You will partner with surgeons, support onboarding, and ensure real-time use in the operating room.

As the on-site clinical expert, you will build relationships, train customers, and contribute to our commercial strategy. This field-based role requires high energy and the ability to travel to facilities to support cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of sales experience in orthopedics or related medical devices.
• Must be able to complete credentialing and comply with facility vaccine protocols.
• Strong energy, work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Convert and onboard surgeons to the Tendon Seam technology with case-specific support.
• Be physically present in operating rooms to guide surgical teams.
• Collect and communicate case data and outcomes.
• Manage inventory within assigned territory.
• Educate customers to ensure deep product understanding.
• Maintain awareness of competitive products.
