Job summary

Smith+Nebrew in Washington DC/Baltimore area seeks a Tendon Seam Account Manager to expand adoption of our soft tissue fixation technology. You will partner with surgeons, support onboarding, and ensure real-time use in the OR, serving as the on-site clinical expert.

Responsibilities include guiding cases from prep to execution, managing inventory, credentialing facilities, handling billing, and representing the company with professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological science or business.
• Seven years of sales experience in orthopedics.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.
• High energy, self motivation and a positive attitude.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with surgeons to onboard and support Tendon Seam cases.
• Be on-site in operating rooms to guide surgical teams.
• Collect and communicate case data and manage inventory.
• Coordinate credentialing across facilities and handle billing.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
