Job summary

Smith + Nephew is seeking an on-site Tendon Seam Account Manager in the United States (Baltimore area) to expand the use of our soft tissue fixation tech. You will partner with surgeons, guide cases in operating rooms, manage inventory, and educate teams to ensure deep product understanding.

Ideal candidates have a biology or business degree and seven years of orthopedics sales experience, with strong integrity, energy, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological science or business required.
• Seven years of sales experience in orthopedics, ideally sports medicine.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.
• High energy, self motivation and a positive attitude.
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Convert and onboard surgeons to the Tendon Seam technology, supporting cases from prep to execution.
• Be present in operating rooms to guide surgical teams and collect case data.
• Manage inventory within the assigned area and educate customers on product use.
• Maintain awareness of competitive products and complete billing for cases.
• Obtain and maintain credentialing across facilities and represent the company professionally.
