Job summary

Smith+Neu designs and manufactures technology for soft tissue fixation, enabling surgeons to adopt Tendon Seam in real-world operations. This role combines clinical know-how with strategic customer engagement to improve patient outcomes.

The Account Manager will be present in operating rooms, guide surgical teams, manage inventory, and ensure seamless onboarding from preparation through execution. A strong sales background in orthopedics and credentialing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological science or business or equivalent.
• Seven years of sales experience in orthopedics, ideally sports medicine.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.
• High energy, self motivation and a positive attitude.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Convert and onboard surgeons to Tendon Seam technology with on-site support.
• Be physically present in operating rooms to guide surgical teams and collect case data.
• Manage inventory within your assigned area and communicate with customers.
• Educate customers to ensure deep understanding of the product and billing processes.
• Maintain credentialing across facilities and represent the company professionally at all times.
