Smith+Nephew is seeking a Tendon Seam Account Manager in the Washington, DC area to expand adoption of our soft tissue fixation technology. You will partner with surgeons, support onboarding, and ensure successful use in the OR, acting as the on-site clinical expert.

Responsibilities include onboarding, in-room guidance, data collection, inventory management, credentialing, billing, and collaboration with sales to drive customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Seven years of sales experience in orthopedics, ideally sports medicine.
• Bachelor's degree in biological science or business.
• Entrust to complete credentialing processes for healthcare facilities.

Responsabilités

• Convert and onboard surgeons to Tendon Seam technology and support cases from prep to execution.
• Be on-site in operating rooms to guide surgical teams and collect case data.
• Manage inventory within assigned area and educate customers on product use.
• Complete billing for cases, obtain credentialing across facilities, and represent the company professionally.
