Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Surgical Care Sales Representative in Los Angeles, CA to drive growth across hospitals and clinics within a defined territory. You will partner with Orthopaedic Instruments teams and deliver demonstrations, training, and strategic account management to expand our wound care portfolio.

The role emphasizes field-based selling, travel within the territory, and building long-term customer relationships with physicians and clinical staff while leveraging Salesforce for pipeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management experience.
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience in medical device sales or healthcare sales preferred; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined geographic territory and execute a strategic plan to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Prospect, cold call, and develop new business across hospitals, surgery centers, and wound care clinics.
• Engage with physicians, nurses, and clinical stakeholders to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical training, and in-service education on wound care products.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to drive product adoption and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Orthopaedic Instruments partners to identify opportunities and close complex deals.
• Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and track account activity.
• Analyze territory performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
