Smith+Nephew is seeking a Sports Medicine Territory Manager to consult on our soft tissue injury repair portfolio across the shoulder, knee, hip and small joints. You will convert physicians and accounts through sales calls, offer clinical case coverage in the OR, and train surgeons on Smith+Nephew products within your territory.

You will collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, hospital staff and administrators to raise product awareness and adoption, develop a territory plan, and strive to exceed

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years direct sales experience with 2–4 years in medical devices preferred.
• Experience selling capital products to multiple hospital call points including surgeons and administration.
• Proven track record hitting quota year over year.
• Experience leading/mentoring sales reps.

Aufgaben

• Convert physicians/accounts by making sales calls and providing clinical case coverage in the operating room.
• Train surgeons on Sports Medicine products through education programs in the territory.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, hospital OR staff, administrators and clinicians.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to generate revenue and meet quota.
