The role involves attaining sales goals, building strong customer relationships, and educating medical staff on P28 products while managing a territory. The position requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel (including nights and weekends), and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic medical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; commensurate experience in lieu of education.
• Prior orthopedic sales experience preferred; ability to learn and understand orthopedic concepts quickly
• Strong sales aptitude and communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy; use of own vehicle with mileage may be required

Responsibilities

• Attain direct sales goals and objectives through the creation and execution of a sales plan in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, covering orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen.
• Develop and maintain expertise regarding total product line; educate staff on product use and maintenance.
• Enter new customer data and sales information into delegated systems; ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Travel to trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings; plan local educational and sales events to augment business.
