Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a field-based Sales professional in Massachusetts to drive growth by building strong relationships with surgeons and educating on Zimmer Biomet orthopedic products. You will lead local sales initiatives, coordinate events, and support referrals, while complying with regulations and company SOPs.

The role requires travel and after-hours coverage as needed. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in orthopedic sales or 8+ years in medical device sales, with a bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ proven orthopedic sales experience or 8 years’ proven medical device sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key surgeons in the assigned area and cover orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen.
• Develop and execute a local sales plan, track customer activity, and report progress to sales leadership.
• Plan, coordinate, and run local educational and sales events to achieve targets.
• Support referral networks and educate referrals on Zimmer Biomet products.
• Adhere to all laws and company SOPs related to HCP interactions, product handling, and expenses.
• Provide after-hours and weekend case coverage as needed, and collaborate with the team on territory coverage.
