Job summary

Zimmer Biomet seeks a field-based sales professional to drive growth in the orthopedic market. You will develop sales plans, build relationships with key surgeons, and educate customers on Zimmer Biomet products and procedures.

You will coordinate local events, support referrals, and travel extensively to cover territories. A strong track record in medical device sales and the ability to mentor teammates are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for sales roles in medical devices.
• Minimum 4 years’ proven orthopedic sales experience or minimum 8 years’ proven sales experience in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan in the assigned area to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons and cover orthopedic procedures with clinical and business insight.
• Plan, coordinate and run local educational and sales events to drive business goals.
• Mentor and lead less experienced sales team members when applicable.
• Adhere to all laws and Zimmer Biomet policies and SOPs in interactions with HCPs and customers.
