Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive growth in the assigned region. You will build relationships with leading surgeons, execute a strategic sales plan, and expand local educational events to boost product adoption across orthopedic procedures.

The role emphasizes mentoring less experienced sales team members, maintaining compliance with policies, and providing after-hours coverage to support cases and territory goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4+ years in orthopedic sales or 8+ years in medical device sales.
• Proven sales record building relationships with surgeons.
• Travel up to 95% by car and up to 20% overnight may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan in the assigned area.
• Build strong relationships with key surgeons and cover orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen.
• Plan, coordinate and execute local educational and sales events to augment the business and meet goals.
• Support referral networks and educate referrals on Zimmer Biomet products.
