Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a field-based orthopedic sales professional to drive growth in the assigned territory. You will build relationships with key surgeons, execute local sales plans, and educate referrals on Zimmer Biomet products.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 4+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, or 8+ years in medical device sales. Expect up to 95% travel by car with occasional overnight stays; strong communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus 4+ years orthopedic sales.
• 8+ years proven sales experience in medical device industry acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales goals and execute a sales plan in the assigned area.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons and cover orthopedic procedures with proficiency.
• Plan, coordinate and execute local educational and sales events; educate referrals on Zimmer Biomet products.
• Adhere to laws and Zimmer Biomet policies; provide after hours and weekend coverage.
