Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus 4+ years orthopedic sales or 8+ years medical device sales.
• Strong relationship-building with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to educate referrals on Zimmer Biomet products and explain value.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales goals through a regional plan and in-person customer interactions.
• Build relationships with key surgeons and educate referrals on Zimmer Biomet products.
• Plan and execute local educational and sales events to reach goals.
• Provide after-hours and weekend coverage and support for the team/territory.
• Adhere to laws and SOPs for interaction with clinicians and customers.
