Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking an experienced orthopedic sales professional to drive growth in assigned territories. You will build strong surgeon relationships, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and actively lead education events to promote Zimmer Biomet products.

The role requires clinical proficiency, a proven sales track record, and willingness to travel extensively by car. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve annual sales targets and support a robust referral

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus 4+ years in orthopedic sales, or 8+ years in medical device sales.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans.
• Strong relationships with surgeons and customers.
• Willing to travel up to 95% by car.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with key surgeons and cover orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency.
• Creates and executes a local sales plan; manages and tracks customer activity and initiatives; aims to achieve sales targets.
• Plans, coordinates and executes local educational and sales events with internal support.
• Supports referral networks and educates referrals on Zimmer Biomet products.
• Provides after-hours, weekend, and on-call coverage as needed; collaborates with the team on instrument/implant transport.
