Job summary

Smith+ Nephew in Vermont is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative to advance orthopedic care across the territory. You will serve as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio, focusing on total joint reconstruction, and build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and OR staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years medical device sales experience, preferably orthopedics.
• Proven success selling to surgeons and hospitals.
• Strong relationship-building with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Mentoring sales professionals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical consultant for Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio.
• Convert new and existing accounts through effective sales calls, in service support and OR coverage.
• Train and educate surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+ Nephew products and programs.
• Build strong partnerships with surgeons, hospitals, OR staff, SPD teams and administrators.
• Drive adoption of CORI robotic surgical and navigation system.
• Develop territory business plan to grow revenue and meet targets.
• Collaborate cross divisionally with Reconstruction and Sports Medicine partners to uncover growth opportunities.
