Smith Nephew is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative for the Vermont territory. You will act as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio, focusing on total joint reconstruction and driving adoption of innovative solutions in hospitals and ORs.

You will train surgeons and clinical teams, convert accounts, and develop a territory business plan to grow revenue while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years medical device sales experience, preferably within orthopedics.
• Proven success selling to surgeons and hospital decision-makers.
• Strong relationship-building with surgeons, KOLs and hospital stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory strategically and deliver results.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other sales professionals is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as technical consultant for Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio, focusing on total joint reconstruction.
• Convert new and existing accounts through sales calls, in-service support and OR case coverage.
• Train and educate surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+ Nephew products and programs.
• Build strong partnerships with surgeons, hospitals, OR staff, SPD teams and administrators.
• Drive adoption of CORI robotic and navigation systems.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow revenue and meet/exceed targets.
• Collaborate cross-divisionally to uncover growth opportunities.
