Smith Nephew is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative based in Vermont to drive orthopedic sales across the territory. You will serve as a technical consultant for the reconstruction portfolio, train surgeons, and expand partnerships with hospitals and OR teams.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree, at least two years of medical device sales experience (orthopedics preferred), and a proven ability to sell to surgeons and hospital stakeholders while managing a territory independently

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years medical device sales experience, preferably within orthopedics.
• Demonstrated success selling and converting business at surgeon and hospital level.
• Strong relationship building skills with surgeons, KOLs and hospital stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory strategically and deliver results.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other sales professionals is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio.
• Converting new and existing accounts through sales calls, in service support and OR coverage.
• Training and educating surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+ Nephew products.
• Building partnerships with surgeons, hospitals, OR staff, SPD teams and administrators.
• Driving adoption of CORI robotic and navigation systems.
• Developing and executing a territory business plan to grow revenue and meet targets.
• Collaborating with Reconstruction and Sports Medicine teams to uncover growth opportunities.
