Job summary

Smith+Neuhew, based in Vermont, is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative to advance orthopedic care across your territory. You will act as a technical consultant for the total joint reconstruction portfolio, train surgeons and clinical teams, and build strong partnerships with surgeons, hospitals, OR staff and administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years medical device sales experience, preferably in orthopedics.
• Proven ability to sell and convert business at surgeon and hospital level.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio, specializing in total joint reconstruction.
• Convert new and existing accounts through effective sales calls, in service support and operating room case coverage.
• Train and educate surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+Neuhew products, technologies and programs.
• Build strong partnerships with orthopedic and podiatric surgeons, hospitals, OR staff, SPD teams and administrators.
• Drive adoption of innovative solutions including the CORI robotic surgical and navigation system.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate cross divisionally with Reconstruction and Sports Medicine partners to uncover growth opportunities.
