Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative based in Vermont to advance orthopedic care within the territory. You will serve as a technical consultant for the reconstruction portfolio, driving adoption of innovative solutions and delivering results through surgeon and hospital partnerships.

You will train clinical teams, build strategic territory plans, and collaborate with cross-division teams to uncover growth opportunities, all within a hybrid work model that supports

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years medical device sales experience, preferably within orthopedics.
• Proven success selling at surgeon and hospital level.
• Strong relationships with surgeons, KOLs and hospital stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory strategically.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other sales professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio.
• Convert accounts via sales calls, in-service support and OR case coverage.
• Train surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+ Nephew products and programs.
• Build partnerships with surgeons, hospitals, OR staff and administrators.
• Drive adoption of CORI robotic systems and navigation.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow revenue.
• Collaborate cross-divisionally to uncover growth opportunities.
