Smith Nephew is seeking a motivated Orthopedic Reconstructive Sales professional in the Phoenix area. The ASR will cover an assigned territory, assist in scheduling operative cases, secure inventory, and advise surgical teams on instrumentation and implants.

You will learn a high level of surgical detail, build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, and develop a territory plan to meet revenue targets while supporting the salesforce and customers.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license for travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing inventory.
• Observe and consult surgical teams on instrumentation and implants.
• Develop territory business plans to generate revenue and meet quotas.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and KOLs to grow access.
