Job summary

You will become a technical expert through structured trainings, build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, and develop a territory plan to drive revenue and exceed quotas. This role requires flexible hours to support the sales team and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of professional sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 2–4 overnights per month.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing inventory for cases.
• Observe and consult surgical teams on Smith+Nephew instrumentation and implants.
• Build an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet quotas.
