Job summary

Smith Nephew is seeking an Associate Sales Representative - Reconstruction to support our Orthopaedics-Reconstruction team in the Vermont territory. You will schedule operative cases, secure instrument and implant inventory, observe surgeries, and consult the surgical team on products while learning technical details.

You will build relationships with surgeons, KOLs, and hospital staff to grow revenue, meet quotas, and develop a territory business plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prefers a minimum of (2) two years of professional sales experience
• A valid driver's license applicable to current residence to facilitate travel requirements of position

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases, secure inventory for cases, observe and consult the surgical team on Smith Nephew instrumentation and implants, and complete the logistical requirements of those cases.
• Build positive relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and KOLs to enhance access to customers and provide data-driven, trusted solutions.
• Develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed your quota.
• Be team-oriented, attentive to detail, and flexible to work untraditional hours to support the salesforce and customers.
