Smith Nephew is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for Reconstruction in Vermont. You will join the Reconstruction Sales Team, help schedule operative cases, secure instrument and implant inventory, and support surgical teams with logistics and technical product knowledge.

Success hinges on building surgeon and KOL relationships, crafting a territory plan to drive revenue, and exceeding quotas. Flexibility for nontraditional hours and travel is required.

• Requires strong sales skills and ability to learn technical information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing inventory.
• Observe and consult surgical teams on Smith Nephew instrumentation and implants.
• Build relationships with surgeons, KOLs, and hospital staff; develop territory business plans to meet/exceed quotas.
• Adapt to untraditional hours to support sales efforts.
• Travel 2–4 overnights per month; some national travel.
