Job summary

Smith Nephew is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for Reconstruction to support the Orthopaedics-Reconstruction team. You will work with hospital accounts, help schedule operative cases, secure inventory, and advise surgical teams on instrumentation and implants while learning the advanced clinical details.

The role emphasizes relationship development with surgeons and KOLs, territory planning, and consistent revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum two years of professional sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license to support travel requirements.
• Ability to learn technical orthopaedic products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and secure inventory.
• Observe and consult the surgical team on instrumentation and implants.
• Develop a territory business plan to generate revenue and meet quotas.
• Travel within designated territory; 2–4 overnights per month; occasional national travel.
• Complete credentialing per facility requirements and vaccine protocols.
