Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking an ASR for Orthopedics-Reconstruction to drive sales in an assigned territory and hospital accounts. You will schedule operative cases, secure inventory, observe procedures, and advise surgical teams on instrumentation and implants.

The role requires learning high-level technical information, building relationships with surgeons and KOLs, and developing a territory plan to meet or exceed quota. Travel 2–4 overnights monthly; credentialing including vaccine may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience.
• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases, secure inventory, observe and consult the surgical team on Smith+Naphew instrumentation and implants.
• Develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed the quota.
• Travel within designated territory (2–4 overnights per month) to support customers and healthcare facilities.
