Endeavor Health’s Addison, IL location is hiring a Physical Therapist II to provide direct PT services for orthopedic patients. You will conduct evaluations, create individualized plans, and guide patients through recovery with strong communication.

The role requires IL PT licensure, BLS CPR, and 2+ years for PT II level; benefits include mentorship for new grads and a comprehensive set of clinical resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy licensure required.
• CPR certification (AHA BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct physical therapy services to orthopedic patients and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluates patient status and implements therapeutic programs to improve movement and function.
• Educates patients and communicates clearly to involve them in their own care; stays updated on PT developments.
