Endeavor Health in Addison, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist II to provide direct orthopedic therapy at 303 W Lake Street. This full-time position is 30 hours weekly, with hours Monday–Thursday 7am–7pm and Friday 7am–5pm, plus one evening until 7pm.

Responsibilities include evaluations and individualized treatment plans to improve function. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, IL license, CPR (BLS), and at least 2 years of PT experience for PT II.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Preferred: Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure.
• A valid driver’s license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an offsite location.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
• For Physical Therapist II level - minimum of 2 years work experience.
• For Physical Therapist I level - open to 0 to 2 years’ experience.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct physical therapy services to orthopedic patients.
• Demonstrates an appropriate level of clinical skill through evaluations and treatment plans.
• Evaluates patient status and implements therapeutic programs to correct movement dysfunction.
• Uses communication to educate patients and engage them in their care.
• Stays updated on new techniques and equipment in PT.
