Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute LLC is seeking a Therapist to provide outpatient orthopedic care and implement treatment plans under a PT supervisor. You'll document patient progress and coordinate with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited PTA program.
• Valid IL PTA license is required.
• Effective communication in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Carries out treatment plans including progression to functional goals.
• Provide exceptional care in outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Document patient status per compliance guidelines.
• Communicate with physicians and supervising PT regarding progression and discharge.
• Supervise Rehabilitation Technicians and support staff.
• Maintain timely patient charts and billing paperwork.
• Stay current with licensing CEUs and IBJI educational opportunities.
• Develop relationships with PTs and physician teams.
