Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush is seeking an Administrative Specialist in Chicago, IL to facilitate clinician–patient communication and gather required data for care. The role covers the Chicago and Oak Brook clinics with occasional travel to Munster, IN, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask while prioritizing tasks in a busy orthopedic setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic and OR schedules; respond to inquiries and messages.
• Support patient care materials and documentation.
