Job summary

Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush is seeking a Patient Coordinator for the outpatient clinic in Chicago, IL. The role entails directing patient flow, taking vital signs, and maintaining excellent patient service. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with no weekends or holidays, based at the Chicago clinic.

Responsibilities

• Direct the flow of patients into the rooms during clinic days.
• Measures vital signs and records information on patient charts.
• Maintains high level of customer service during patient check-in and status updates.
• Oversees patient tracking and collects co-pays and forms.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned and stocked between patients.
