Job summary

Carle Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to create and modify orthotics, evaluate patients of all ages, and adjust care plans accordingly. You will serve as a clinical resource and help guide staff and students while delivering high-quality professional services.

New grads may qualify for a sign-on bonus, and relocation is available for those moving 50+ miles. BLS and ongoing stroke-related education are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) (IDFPR)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Continuing education for acute stroke care

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients across ages; designs and updates plan of care.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Performs examinations and selects valid methods for assessment.
• Documents care according to policy; communicates progress to referrals.
