Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with minimum 3 years of professional or related experience; alternative: Medical Certification with 5+ years experience.
• 8+ years of professional/related experience acceptable for senior roles.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and live in/relocate to Florida territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster surgeon and account-level relationships within a geographic territory.
• Convert prospects and penetrate existing customers to drive incremental sales.
• Understand customer needs and execute sales strategies to meet business goals.
• Maintain access to surgeons and OR personnel, provide product demonstrations and application support.
• Educate and train customers on product usage and benefits; ensure proper usage and outcomes.
