Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to support Orthopaedics clients in Florida. This field-based role covers Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami, requiring strong relationships with surgeons and hospital teams.

You will drive sales, tailor plans to surgeons' needs, and educate OR staff on product use, while traveling across the state to achieve business objectives and deliver value to health systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of related experience.
• Associate degree or Medical Certification plus 5+ years of related experience.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Military transition with 3+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify surgeons and accounts in the territory.
• Develop and implement plans to grow sales.
• Drive product sales and demonstrate products.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and buyers.
• Provide post-sale support and education.
• Maintain sales materials and inventory.
• Travel within territory as required.
• Promote new products and strategic selling objectives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree + minimum of 3 years of professional and/or related experience

Associate degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 5 years of professional and/or related experience

Minimum of 8 years of professional and/or related experience

Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty + minimum of 3 years of professional and/or related experience
